Information We Collect

We collect account information such as your email address, login sessions, billing customer identifiers, subscription state, credit ledger activity, and product preferences.

When you use generation features, we process the media you upload, generated reference images, output videos, job status, diagnostics, file sizes, timestamps, and related metadata needed to provide the service.

Biometric and Facial Data

The faces in the images and videos you upload are biometric identifiers. Under laws such as the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), the Texas Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act (CUBI), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR Article 9), facial data can be treated as sensitive or special-category personal information that needs extra protection. We process this data only to run the face swap you request.

By uploading media, you confirm that you have consent to process the faces it contains, and your upload is the basis on which we process that facial data to generate your output. We do not use your uploaded faces or videos to train AI models, and we do not sell biometric data. Facial data is held only for as long as needed to produce your output and is then deleted according to the schedule in "Retention" below.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive billing identifiers and payment status, but we do not store full card numbers.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate you, run jobs, deliver outputs, manage credits and subscriptions, prevent abuse, debug failures, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

Sharing and Sub-processors

We share information with service providers (sub-processors) that help operate the product, including hosting, storage, email, and payment providers. To generate your output, the media you upload is sent to a third-party AI inference provider, which we access through an AI gateway. That provider processes your uploaded video and reference face solely to produce the requested output and return it to us. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the service. We maintain a list of our sub-processors and can provide it on request to [email protected].

Retention

We keep account, billing, and ledger records for as long as your account is active and afterwards as needed for operational, legal, and tax purposes.

Your input media (the uploaded video and reference face) is deleted shortly after the generation job completes, as it is no longer needed once your output has been produced. Output videos are retained for up to 30 days, or until you delete them or your account, whichever comes first. We may remove media earlier for operational, safety, or legal reasons, and we may retain a copy longer where required to comply with the law or to investigate abuse.
