When you use generation features, we process the media you upload, generated reference images, output videos, job status, diagnostics, file sizes, timestamps, and related metadata needed to provide the service.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive billing identifiers and payment status, but we do not store full card numbers.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate you, run jobs, deliver outputs, manage credits and subscriptions, prevent abuse, debug failures, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help operate the product, including hosting, storage, email, payment, and generation providers. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the service.

Retention

We keep account, billing, and ledger records for operational, legal, and tax needs. Uploaded and generated media may be retained while your account is active unless removed earlier for operational, safety, or legal reasons.
