Generation Credits

Credits are charged only after a generation successfully produces an output video. Failed generation jobs should not consume credits.

Short Outputs

If a successful output video is shorter than the duration used for the original credit estimate, remask.co automatically adds a credit refund for the difference.

Top-ups

Top-up credits are generally not cash-refundable once purchased, except where required by law or where we choose to make an exception for a product issue.

Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the billing portal. Subscription cash refunds are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed unless required by law.
