Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to use remask.co. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account or generate content, and we may suspend accounts where we believe this requirement is not met.

Your Content and Permissions

You are responsible for the media you upload and the outputs you create. Only upload or generate content where you have the rights, consent, and lawful permission to do so.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use remask.co for fraud, harassment, non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, unlawful impersonation, deceptive political activity, blackmail, or other illegal or harmful uses.

Credits and Subscriptions

Plans include monthly credits. Credits are consumed when a generation successfully produces output. Top-up credits expire at the end of the current billing cycle unless stated otherwise in the product.

Outputs

AI outputs may contain artifacts, identity drift, or other imperfections. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or sharing them.

Availability

The service may change, pause, or fail from time to time, especially while the product is early. We will work to restore service and correct credit issues where appropriate.

Account Actions

We may suspend accounts, remove content, or restrict access if we believe these terms or our safety rules are violated.

Abuse, DMCA, and Reporting

If you encounter misuse, non-consensual intimate imagery, copyright infringement, or other harmful content created with the service, please report it. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, remask.co and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless remask.co and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: your use or misuse of the service; the media you upload or the outputs you create; your violation of these terms or our safety rules; your infringement of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; and any use of a person's likeness without the necessary consent, including impersonation or non-consensual content.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Adelaide, South Australia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
